Great location! Especially when there is live music, a great and not too crowded sundowner with excellent spare ribs and drinks.

Very rude and bored staff. Absolutely not recommendable!

Very impolite. We only wanted to buy a glass of water as everything was already closed on the whole island. The answer was "We are very angry on the island, we don't sell water without a reservation". The tables were all "reserved" even though there wasn't a single person in the restaurant.

Very gorgeous scenery right on the lake, the food was delicious and the staff friendly and brisk.

So beautifully located on Herrenchiemsee, right on the water with a wonderful view over to the west, so perfect for a cozy sundowner. The shuttle pedal boat picks up yew directly from the boat and brings you back again. My recommendation: connector fish with baked potato and a white wine spritzer. 1 point deduction for cheap beer (Hofbräu Munich)

Very nice place to get down a bit off the beaten track on the Herreninsel. Unfortunately in midsummer by many mosquitoes not necessarily suitable for quiet walks.

top Location, food OK, staff but overwhelmed and dismissive, does not believe the reservation (via website reserved, but despite reservation confirmation apparently not), without reservation hardly possible to get a seat, you have to wait a long time, until you at the boat is picked up, we were previously sent to another anchorage, but the next boat was allowed to anchor at this place
